Foglia Foundation Health and Recreation Center at Harper College
Harper College modernized their Building M, which included a complete interior strip as well as a large addition built at the south end of the building.
LS Glass was responsible for the glazing of the new ADA accessible elevator towers standing over the station platforms. The towers are both captured and SSG glazed with CTA graphics to complete the look.
The 26,000 SF science addition houses the majority of LS Glass’ work, where we installed EFCO curtain wall and storefront at the 4 story plus rooftop terrace building.
The city of Chicago commissioned this station to replace two existing stations, each over one hundred years old. LS Glass was responsible for the striking overhead glazing, provided by Pulp Studio, which undulates along the length of the station.
